Diets are used when something with our weight is wrong

Diets — successfully losing weight

4 to 8 kg for the full cycle of the diet

First day
Breakfast tea or coffee and ¼ l water.

Lunch 2 boiled eggs and 1 tomato

Dinner 200 g meat and green salad


Second day
Breakfast tea or coffee, water, rusk

Lunch 200 g meat and green salad

Dinner 150 meat and yogurt

Third day
Breakfast tea or coffee, water, rusk

Lunch Green salad, 1 tomato, 1 orange

Dinner 200 g meat, fruit salad, 2 eggs.


Forth day
Breakfast tea or coffee, water, rusk

Lunch 100-150 g cheese, 1 egg and 1 carrot
Dinner Fruit salad and yogurt.

Fifth day
Breakfast 150-200 white chicken meat, 3 carrots

Lunch 200 g grilled fish + 1 tomato
Dinner 200-300 g red meat


Sixth day
Breakfast tea or coffee, water, rusk

Lunch baked chicken and 1 citrus fruit

Dinner 2 slightly boiled eggs + 3 carrots


Seventh day
Breakfast tea or coffee, water, rusk
Lunch 200 meat + citrus fruit
Dinner 1 egg and green salad


After completion of the diet you can eat vegetables and fruits.

Then you can follow the same diet for another seven days.
