Diets are used when something with our weight is wrong

Diets — successfully losing weight

This diet loses 3-4 kg per week. The important thing is not to eat after 19:00 h. Here we go:

 

First day

Breakfast: grapefruit, 100 g cheese, coffee or tea

Lunch: grapefruit, 250 g salad, coffee or tea

Dinner: 100 g boiled or baked meat, 200 g green salad, lemon dressing and tea with honey

Second day

Breakfast: grapefruit and 2 eggs, tea

Lunch: grapefruit and 50 g yellow cheese

Dinner:150 g fish, green salad with lemon dressing and salad oil, black bread

 

Third day

Breakfast: grapefruit, 2 spoons cornflakes with 4 spoons milk.

Lunch: grapefruit, vegetable soup with 2 rusks

Dinner: ½ grapefruit, 200 g grilled meat, 3 little tomatoes, tea.

 

Forth day

Breakfast: cup of juice, egg, tea with lemon.

Lunch: grapefruit and carrot salad, pepper and toasted bread

Dinner: boiled or stewed vegetables – cabbage, carrots

Before bed – grapefruit.

 

Fifth day

Breakfast: Fruit salad (grapefruit, orange, apple). Coffee or tea with lemon

Lunch: big baked potato with cabbage

Dinner:  250 g boiled chicken chest or 250 fish. Tomato

Before bed – grapefruit.

 

Sixth and Seventh days

You can choose menu from the any previous day.

When you feel great hunger you can eat cup of milk, orange or apple. Honey is also good choice.
