Why foods that are so delicious are always not allowed in our diet regime? Food like chocolate, creams, cookies, fried meat and others. The truth is that our body system is fully organized to the last possible detail. You shall admit that in the ancient ages there was no bakery, no devices for fried food. Everything that the ancient people were eating was plain and unprocessed food. We stay behind our motto that plain is better when it comes to food. But in some occasions we like to give ourselves little pleasures when we are happy or celebrate something. And yet nothing extra is good—you need to control yourself when eating candy or chocolate, only in order to save your thin figure and to be healthy. Because half of our health problems come from losing nerves and the other half come from eating fat food. Diets rule our today’s world. Everybody wants to be skinny and thus beautiful. As per the magazines. There are very few women that never kept a diet of some sort. Recently somewhere was said that there are 27 000 diets in the world!!! Do you believe this?! And do you know what that means—it means that almost all of them are useless. Or their final result is yo-yo effect. Which is not an option, right? There is no sense in keeping diet, staying hungry all the time and in the end the result is zero. There are simple rules though—no bread, no soda, no chocolate. A lot of water, salads and meat. And something very important—you will need support from your loved ones. Without support it will be very tough for you. Guys, It all comes to one thing—SELF CONTOL. This is the secret. Good Luck!
